Description

Pink Spirit Wellness Retreats, run by Sandra Jelly, Laura di Salvo and/or other local/international teachers, offer wellness retreats at the Bedouin Yoga camp in Wadi Rum. You will be transferred into the protected area of Wadi Rum for a special four-day experience that will immerse you in the tranquillity and beauty of the desert, and inspire inwards reflection and healing.

During your time in the desert, savour the stillness and vastness to unravel and connect with your inner self to become fully present, and work towards awakening your potential and manifesting your dreams.

The retreat involves early morning and sunset yoga sessions surrounded by the unforgettable beauty of Wadi Rum’s rock formations. Experience a guided mediation and sound journey and meditation walks to discover what resonates in the desert with your wishes, needs, and intentions. You will also take part in a Horse Soul session, with systemic coaching that includes constellation work with the herd of horses to clarify the patterns in your life, release what no longer serves you, and step forward with courage, renewed energy, and inspiration. Be ready for an insightful and possibly transformative experience.

All meals are included, and these will be typical Bedouin dishes prepared for you at the camp, as well as Bedouin tea.
